We could not be happier with the work that AP Advanced has done in our bathrooms. It was a pleasure working with Benny and Eddie, as well as all of the crew to complete two bathroom remodels. Everyone was extremely responsive to my last minute requests and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the results. Also, the work was completed before the agreed upon end date, which was great because we had family to host. Eddie made sure the project was complete. The bathrooms came out amazing!<br>I highly recommend AP and look forward to working with them on future home projects. Just don't. Wrote a 1 star review a couple years ago when we started having water leaks 3 months after our bathroom remodel and they refused to fix it even though it was under warranty. We were told to take down the review and they would fix it. They did. But now we're selling the house and getting crushed for the plumbing not being up to code on the inspection. It might have been just the team that did our remodel but it was a painful process and we're still getting bitten by the results.

We used this company for a partial remodel of our master bathroom. Although the end product is nice, the process of getting there was very disappointing. The backsplash was the same thickness as the countertop (1 1/8 inch) and needed to be milled down to fit behind the new sink hardware. We ordered a countertop with rectangular basins; the countertop was delivered with oval basins. The tower top cabinet door was the wrong color and had to be reordered. Tower side panels were delivered with scratches and had to be reordered. The trim kit to change out shower hardware had to go through three changes to fit existing shower hardware. All these mistakes added more time to finish what should have been a fairly straightforward vanity replacement. Communication from AP Advanced with us during the process was sporadic and not very timely. We would not use AP Advanced again.

I run a small business and I know a lot about customer service. So do the folks at AP Advanced Construction, Inc.<br>I walked into their store on San Jose Boulevard and spoke with Keith in sales. I asked if he could come to my home and look at a kitchen island in desperate need of replacement. Keith came by and told my wife and me that he had some ideas and that he’d present a proposal in a couple of days. He did and the installed price was acceptable.<br>Well, the cabinet and its fixtures were delivered a couple of week later and the installation took place in just one day about a week later.<br>WOW! What a difference that has made to our kitchen. Keith recommended a quartz countertop and we are so glad we took his advice. Our new kitchen island is spectacular.<br>Eddie the general operations manager organized a great couple of guys to do the installation, Josh and Cody.<br>The office kept me informed of the progress of the project via text and email and by telephone. Everybody was extremely polite and accessible.<br>We are so glad we decided on AP Advanced Construction, Inc. They provided our little project with first-rate products and services. Not even sure where to start with this company. Started off well. Ben was great at selling us on the company then went mia.<br><br>This project started in the beginning of November. A small bathroom that probably could have been done in a week.<br><br>The first project manager told me that a what I was asking for was a lot of work. I left the room so I didn’t respond. A lot of work? I’m paying 14k for shower in a small bathroom. Then he was having a conversation with a gentleman who was interpreting for the workers who spoke no English. That got heated and loud. After a couple more incidents with that project manager we decided that relationship was not working out.<br><br>So, we were put on ice for a week and then got a new project manager who returned with same crew. Again, with language barrier things weren’t getting done properly.<br><br>Again, another week we get put on ice. Then project manager comes by with an another contractor who was able to communicate and decided that there was a lot that needed to be redone. That was last Monday one week ago. Haven’t seen him or received any messages when he is coming back.<br><br>My suggestion would be if you want any work done with this outfit expect construction indefinitely.<br><br>Will update if when project ever gets done.

We had our master bathroom remodeled. AP removed the garden tub and replaced it with lovely storage cabinets. We had new tile put on the shower wall and floor. Also had new vanity with 9 drawers added!!! Love the colors and workmanship!

We shopped around for a company to do our Kitchen remodel. We chose AP Advanced after meeting with the salesperson, there was no pushy sales pitch, which was refreshing. He explained the process and helped us come up with a design and choose materials. After several estimates on remodeling my bathroom I visited the showroom of AP Advanced Construction Inc. I was greeted quickly and actually met with the owner for creating a new bathroom in my home. I really liked the fact I didn't have to go from place to place selecting tile and fixtures. The showroom has it all. We agreed on the final price and plan. The workers showed up when they said they would and even though I dreaded the mess they did their best to minimize the dust and debris. We had a hick up or two but nothing the didn't respond to. I'm very pleased with the quality and workmanship.

They came out to discuss the project. Per our conversation I wanted a cost breakdown and itemization. They provided a quote ok a crazy amount and did not provide a breakdown as requested. Replied with the ask for the complete breakdown and never heard from them again. Either they do t know how to do the work, too lazy to do the work , or they don't want my business. Wasted my time....wil not chase them down. You want the work or you don't.

We had 5 bathrooms to complete and the workers were very good craftsman and good to work with.<br>This was a big project and we had a good team to communicate with on every detail. They kept us informed every step of the process and we had others to lean on if necessary. Even the President/Owner of the company was involved. They wanted to make sure that all of the details were completed and communicated. A good group to work with, glad we choose them.

The AP Advanced salesperson was an excellent listener and helped us to determine the styles and colors that nicely blended with our existing rooms. Based on his years of experience, he made many helpful recommendations that enhanced our original ideas. The quality of the materials and installation of the cabinets is beautiful. The workers responded quickly when we requested modifications or slight adjustments. Removing the wall between the living room and dining room has made the rooms appear larger and allows for the natural flow of conversations with family and friends.

AP Advanced Construction recently did a great job installing a tile floor throughout the entire house I moved into. The workmanship is great and they really took the time to make sure it was done right. They were responsive to all my questions. They have also done great work for me a my previous house (tile floor, painting, ceiling texture, kitchen, and bathroom projects) and I’m looking forward to future projects with them.

About 2 years ago I chose AP to completely remodel my kitchen and put down about 2,000 sq.ft. of tile throughout the main living areas of my home.The kitchen remodel included new lighting, cabinets, an island, countertops, backsplash , and even modifying walls to open up the kitchen. The final product was beautiful and lived up to my expectations. During the process, I had total faith and confidence that Benny and Artur would fulfill their promises and they did. In May of 2022, my wife and I decided it was time to remodel two bathrooms and again put down approx. 600 sq .ft. of flooring tile. in our bedroom. My bathroom remodel included expanding the shower and adding a bench, frameless glass surround, shower niches, cabinets, countertop and lighting. My wife's bathroom included lighting, tile, a soaker tub, new cabinet and countertop and a tile surround around the tub. Once again, AP did a job that came out beautifully and met my expectations. At my age , I've learned that no construction job is flawless and linear but I've also found that Benny and Artur are reliable, honest, and easy to work with, I highly recommend them for any remodeling job. Our job was fairly small. We had a bathroom that was only five years old, needing to meet ADA standards. We had to remove the garden tub so we could extend the shower to the required dimensions. Plus, we wanted to add bars, fixtures, a bench, and a larger door that swings open. Then, we wanted to turn the remaining garden tub area into a sit-down vanity by extending the sink countertop. Since we already had tile that matched the existing floor tile, they only needed to fill in the remaining tub area not covered by the extended shower. As we always do, we had three companies come out for estimates. One ghosted us as soon as they realized the size of the job, and the second ghosted us after we declined their first proposal which clearly demonstrated that they wanted to do much more remodeling than we had requested. AP Advanced Construction Inc was the only company that made meeting our needs a priority over making each of their jobs most profitable. Our journey began with Artur. He came out for the estimate, drew up the proposal, and assisted us with choosing tiles and fixtures. He also humored us with contract modifications/updates so that details were noted as required for the grant we were using. When the job was about to begin, we met Gerrard which would be overseeing our remodel. From that point forward, our communication was with him and whether it was scheduling workers or handling hiccups, he was on the ball, and we knew we were in good hands. The process from demolition to completion only took five weeks and we’ve been instructed to contact them if we find any issues. We are very pleased with our bathroom modification and would most certainly recommend them to others.
