I worked primarily with Keith as the consultant and designer and person who oversaw the projects. He was great to work with, knew his info, made great suggestions, came to the house often to check on the progress of the projects. We built a great rapport. I also worked with Gerard and his work crew which were multiple teams such as electricians, plumbers, cabinet, counter, and tile workers. He was amazing the way he kept things organized with multiple jobs staying on top of things keeping the projects moving. All the workers put in plenty of hours, were courteous, cleaned up and generally went the extra mile on my projects. I appreciated the hard work attention to detail and how both projects turned out. We just wrapped up a remodel by AP and are very pleased with the end result. The staff is amazing and they were very attentive to my input and preferences. When I wasn’t happy with something they fixed it. They were patient and responded quickly to every text, phone call and email. Our remodel including gutting the kitchen, new flooring, paint and trim through most of the house, removing two walls and arches that dated the home. As with most big projects there were small issues that couldn’t be avoided. The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that I was somewhat limited in the selections for certain finishes, but that was likely driven by our budget. Would use AP again!

We had our master bathroom remodeled. AP removed the garden tub and replaced it with lovely storage cabinets. We had new tile put on the shower wall and floor. Also had new vanity with 9 drawers added!!! Love the colors and workmanship!

We started the idea of remodeling this past October 2024. After careful consideration we picked AP Advanced Construction. We're very pleased and excited that our home has been completely remodel and looks so different. All of the contractors that worked on the remodeling project are professional and have the expertise of knowing there trade at what they do. I would recommend that everyone thinking about remodeling that they would give AP Advanced Construction a call. You won't regret that you called them
