After several estimates on remodeling my bathroom I visited the showroom of AP Advanced Construction Inc. I was greeted quickly and actually met with the owner for creating a new bathroom in my home. I really liked the fact I didn't have to go from place to place selecting tile and fixtures. The showroom has it all. We agreed on the final price and plan. The workers showed up when they said they would and even though I dreaded the mess they did their best to minimize the dust and debris. We had a hick up or two but nothing the didn't respond to. I'm very pleased with the quality and workmanship.

I run a small business and I know a lot about customer service. So do the folks at AP Advanced Construction, Inc. I walked into their store on San Jose Boulevard and spoke with Keith in sales. I asked if he could come to my home and look at a kitchen island in desperate need of replacement. Keith came by and told my wife and me that he had some ideas and that he’d present a proposal in a couple of days. He did and the installed price was acceptable. Well, the cabinet and its fixtures were delivered a couple of week later and the installation took place in just one day about a week later. WOW! What a difference that has made to our kitchen. Keith recommended a quartz countertop and we are so glad we took his advice. Our new kitchen island is spectacular. Eddie the general operations manager organized a great couple of guys to do the installation, Josh and Cody. The office kept me informed of the progress of the project via text and email and by telephone. Everybody was extremely polite and accessible. We are so glad we decided on AP Advanced Construction, Inc. They provided our little project with first-rate products and services. We will absolutely use this company in the future. I had a fantastic experience working with AP on our kitchen renovation. They were very professional, timely, and attentive to every detail. They truly listen to my concerns and vision, and the final result exceed my expectations. The craftsmanship and communication was excellent - there were some times when plans changed and or materials were delayed but they kept me informed and I truly appreciated them for respecting my time and giving me the confidence they will try their best. I contacted Diana at AP for a price on cabinets. She asked me for measurements so I sent her a 3 dimension Cad of my kitchen and bathrooms. After a couple of weeks and promises to have me the information I requested, she never bothered to contact me at all. I called her back several times but I got the run around and empty promises. I will spend my money with a company that values customer service and follow up.
