You can tell right away they operate as a true licensed general contractor, not just installers. They found moisture damage behind our old shower and fixed it properly instead of covering it up. The crew showed up on time every day, kept the house clean, and finished the project within the timeframe they promised. No surprise costs. No pressure. Just clear communication and quality work. Although AP's cost was higher than other contractors, we were impressed with their showroom where we could see and choose all the materials/products for our bathroom remodeling project. The CEO, Heyaw Yimer gave his personal attention to our project as also Gerard Nicodeme, the Project Manager. They paid great attention to every detail, so our project could be completed to our satisfaction. Their workers cleaned up after their work on a daily basis. Deane, from the office, was always available to assist us when needed. We are pleased and happy with our remodeled new bathroom. Our overall project turned out amazing! We only had eight by 20 feet added to our living space but it made it such a big difference. The addition was done so well you can't tell it wasn't built as a part of the original house. Keeping in mind that with every construction project they're are hiccups and we had a few but they were rectified fairly and promptly. I highly recommend that you consider this company for your next Construction project.

We hired AP Advanced Construction to renovate our MBR shower. Benny came out to discuss our project and we found him polite and professional. He listened to what I wanted and shortly thereafter had a proposal prepared. I had been contemplating this project for quite some time, so I generally knew what I wanted. When we arrived in the AP showroom, they had a great selection and we were able to easily select our materials, all in one quick visit. The project began about a week later and only took about week from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process, from the plumbers to the tilers to the glass installers, all did great work. And I’m picky. I have worked with many tradesmen and handymen, and I would classify Benny’s project team as craftsmen. They did a beautiful job. In addition, each day they were on time, and they didn’t make a huge mess. Even though the team members do not all speak English, Benny and Gerard were easily accessible and always engaged in the project. We absolutely love our beautiful new shower and highly recommend Benny and his team at AP Advanced.
