They came out to discuss the project. Per our conversation I wanted a cost breakdown and itemization. They provided a quote ok a crazy amount and did not provide a breakdown as requested. Replied with the ask for the complete breakdown and never heard from them again. Either they do t know how to do the work, too lazy to do the work , or they don't want my business. Wasted my time....wil not chase them down. You want the work or you don't.

We're sorry that we can't provide you with a break down on pricing but, at AP and many other companies alike, we offer "complete package pricing" we are transparent, we pride ourselves in the fact that we take the time to provide a very comprehensive proposal to our customers. In regard to a break down , our proposals have a complete break down of the scope of work. This helps the customer to understand and be clear on exactly what is getting done, who's proving what and what materials & labor we are providing. We constantly do our research and make sure that we are competitive and that we are staying in line with our competitors. . We would love to move forward with you if you feel that you might want to do so with this in mind.

Very good service. I wanted to replace our existing old, builder grade windows on our townhome and AP did excellent job as you can see from the photos. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Finally have a bathroom vanity that looks beautiful. We were replacing a vanity and cabinet in our master bath that was the original from1987. The remake was everything we wanted.. The entire staff was helpful and saw to our needs, especially working with our budget. Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk into the showroom. Many, many thanks to all of those involved with our project.

We used AP Advanced to remodel our master bath. We were happy with the finished job and highly recommend them. Some highlights: We entered this process with a general footprint of what we wanted. The combination of Benny, their designers plus the showroom, helped us to make design / aesthetic choices that resulted in an elegant, functional new master bath. Simon and his crew did the work from demolition through final details. Simon has over 20 years of experience in remodeling. The workmanship is excellent, his tile guy is an “artist”, the rest of his crew are detail-oriented building professionals. They are good folk and we enjoyed having them work in our home. Throughout the process the crew took steps to protect our home from the unavoidable construction dust and dirt. This included a covered walking path from the garage door to the work-area and covering all furniture and surfaces in the master bedroom during demolition and early-stage (pre-tile) construction. They even sealed off the bathroom and took construction debris through the bathroom window to minimize dust in the master bedroom. We contracted on 3/31, construction started 6/1, and finished on 7/3. Simon’s crew was in our home for 7 days during this time, 6 days at the start - demo through cabinet installation plus a day to finish the details after the countertops were installed. Overall an efficient process. (Countertops require a measurement after cabinets are in place, and take 10-14 days to acquire, similar for shower glass) AP Advanced has back-office people to manage the purchasing and logistics to offer a turn-key service on a remodel job. When questions or issues arose, the were responsive. Overall—AP Advanced Construction is an excellent choice for a remodel.

Not even sure where to start with this company. Started off well. Ben was great at selling us on the company then went mia. This project started in the beginning of November. A small bathroom that probably could have been done in a week. The first project manager told me that a what I was asking for was a lot of work. I left the room so I didn’t respond. A lot of work? I’m paying 14k for shower in a small bathroom. Then he was having a conversation with a gentleman who was interpreting for the workers who spoke no English. That got heated and loud. After a couple more incidents with that project manager we decided that relationship was not working out. So, we were put on ice for a week and then got a new project manager who returned with same crew. Again, with language barrier things weren’t getting done properly. Again, another week we get put on ice. Then project manager comes by with an another contractor who was able to communicate and decided that there was a lot that needed to be redone. That was last Monday one week ago. Haven’t seen him or received any messages when he is coming back. My suggestion would be if you want any work done with this outfit expect construction indefinitely. Will update if when project ever gets done.
