Avoid this company and do your self a favor. Avoid the stress, shodding workmanship and having to learn a second language for the "licensed "subcontactors they use. They were handman and that was about it. I had two bathrooms that were done by the subcontractors they used. You were lucky if they showed up to work period. One of the so called tile buys supposedly laid tiles in Italy. He was color blind and did not even let the tiles mastic dry before he applied the grout. He got two colors mixed up the wall tile and floor tile. The cleanup buy did shoddy work at best. I continually had to point out items he screwed up or missed. The subcontractor even connected my toilet to hot water. So when you flushed. The company provided a mirror that had been returned or used and the edge of it has pieces not smooth. I returned fans and other items that were not installed and never received credit for them in my final payment. Paid over $50,000 for this three years go. I should contact the consumer and protection agency under the attorney general of Floridca so others will be informed. The FCC keeps records of all submissions.

We hired AP Advanced Construction to renovate our MBR shower. Benny came out to discuss our project and we found him polite and professional. He listened to what I wanted and shortly thereafter had a proposal prepared. I had been contemplating this project for quite some time, so I generally knew what I wanted. When we arrived in the AP showroom, they had a great selection and we were able to easily select our materials, all in one quick visit. The project began about a week later and only took about week from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process, from the plumbers to the tilers to the glass installers, all did great work. We had three projects done by AP: 1. Master bath- beautiful 2. Guest bath, beautiful. 3. Kitchen, ultimately beautiful. I would have given five stars if we had fewer subcontractor issues. Countertop delivery had to be rescheduled two or three times and finish work for cabinets and baseboards needed correction 2 or 3 times. Details are still not perfect, but we can live with them. AP has stood behind their work and have always responded when we needed corrections.

Just don't. Wrote a 1 star review a couple years ago when we started having water leaks 3 months after our bathroom remodel and they refused to fix it even though it was under warranty. We were told to take down the review and they would fix it. They did. But now we're selling the house and getting crushed for the plumbing not being up to code on the inspection. It might have been just the team that did our remodel but it was a painful process and we're still getting bitten by the results.

We used this company for a partial remodel of our master bathroom. Although the end product is nice, the process of getting there was very disappointing. The backsplash was the same thickness as the countertop (1 1/8 inch) and needed to be milled down to fit behind the new sink hardware. We ordered a countertop with rectangular basins; the countertop was delivered with oval basins. The tower top cabinet door was the wrong color and had to be reordered. Tower side panels were delivered with scratches and had to be reordered. The trim kit to change out shower hardware had to go through three changes to fit existing shower hardware. All these mistakes added more time to finish what should have been a fairly straightforward vanity replacement. Communication from AP Advanced with us during the process was sporadic and not very timely. We would not use AP Advanced again.

Not even sure where to start with this company. Started off well. Ben was great at selling us on the company then went mia. This project started in the beginning of November. A small bathroom that probably could have been done in a week. The first project manager told me that a what I was asking for was a lot of work. I left the room so I didn’t respond. A lot of work? I’m paying 14k for shower in a small bathroom. Then he was having a conversation with a gentleman who was interpreting for the workers who spoke no English. That got heated and loud. After a couple more incidents with that project manager we decided that relationship was not working out. So, we were put on ice for a week and then got a new project manager who returned with same crew. Again, with language barrier things weren’t getting done properly. Again, another week we get put on ice. Then project manager comes by with an another contractor who was able to communicate and decided that there was a lot that needed to be redone. That was last Monday one week ago. Haven’t seen him or received any messages when he is coming back. My suggestion would be if you want any work done with this outfit expect construction indefinitely. Will update if when project ever gets done.

After several estimates on remodeling my bathroom I visited the showroom of AP Advanced Construction Inc. I was greeted quickly and actually met with the owner for creating a new bathroom in my home. I really liked the fact I didn't have to go from place to place selecting tile and fixtures. The showroom has it all. We agreed on the final price and plan. The workers showed up when they said they would and even though I dreaded the mess they did their best to minimize the dust and debris. We had a hick up or two but nothing the didn't respond to. About 2 years ago I chose AP to completely remodel my kitchen and put down about 2,000 sq.ft. of tile throughout the main living areas of my home.The kitchen remodel included new lighting, cabinets, an island, countertops, backsplash , and even modifying walls to open up the kitchen. The final product was beautiful and lived up to my expectations. During the process, I had total faith and confidence that Benny and Artur would fulfill their promises and they did. In May of 2022, my wife and I decided it was time to remodel two bathrooms and again put down approx. 600 sq .ft. of flooring tile. in our bedroom. My bathroom remodel included expanding the shower and adding a bench, frameless glass surround, shower niches, cabinets, countertop and lighting. My wife's bathroom included lighting, tile, a soaker tub, new cabinet and countertop and a tile surround around the tub. Once again, AP did a job that came out beautifully and met my expectations. At my age , I've learned that no construction job is flawless and linear but I've also found that Benny and Artur are reliable, honest, and easy to work with, I highly recommend them for any remodeling job. Our job was fairly small. We had a bathroom that was only five years old, needing to meet ADA standards. We had to remove the garden tub so we could extend the shower to the required dimensions. Plus, we wanted to add bars, fixtures, a bench, and a larger door that swings open. Then, we wanted to turn the remaining garden tub area into a sit-down vanity by extending the sink countertop. Since we already had tile that matched the existing floor tile, they only needed to fill in the remaining tub area not covered by the extended shower. As we always do, we had three companies come out for estimates. One ghosted us as soon as they realized the size of the job, and the second ghosted us after we declined their first proposal which clearly demonstrated that they wanted to do much more remodeling than we had requested. AP Advanced Construction Inc was the only company that made meeting our needs a priority over making each of their jobs most profitable. Our journey began with Artur. He came out for the estimate, drew up the proposal, and assisted us with choosing tiles and fixtures. He also humored us with contract modifications/updates so that details were noted as required for the grant we were using. When the job was about to begin, we met Gerrard which would be overseeing our remodel. From that point forward, our communication was with him and whether it was scheduling workers or handling hiccups, he was on the ball, and we knew we were in good hands. The process from demolition to completion only took five weeks and we’ve been instructed to contact them if we find any issues. We are very pleased with our bathroom modification and would most certainly recommend them to others.

During the project we experienced various problems including: *Project started Nov 1, 2021 and was supposed to be finished by Thanksgiving, but wasn’t completed until Jan 21, 2022 *Two failed plumbing inspections *Numerous missed appointments *Superintendent abruptly quitting without any notice *Overall lack of communication from AP staff and subcontractors *Wrong materials ordered and installed *Poor quality workmanship Now we have ongoing plumbing problems, and little confidence in any of the work completed. We would never recommend nor hire AP ever again.

After doing quite a bit of research, my wife and I found AP Advanced in Mandarin. We were really impressed with the showroom and the customer service we received as soon as we walked in. They are a complete , one stop shop remodeling company and we really liked that fact. Our construction team was very polite and such hard workers! We received communication from AP’ superintendent all through the job as to what we should expect next and the office checked in to see how we were feeling throughout the process. We wanted to open up our kitchen and make things more accessible for me as I’m disabled and in a wheel chair. We used AP Advanced to remodel our master bath. We were happy with the finished job and highly recommend them. Some highlights: We entered this process with a general footprint of what we wanted. The combination of Benny, their designers plus the showroom, helped us to make design / aesthetic choices that resulted in an elegant, functional new master bath. Simon and his crew did the work from demolition through final details. Simon has over 20 years of experience in remodeling. The workmanship is excellent, his tile guy is an “artist”, the rest of his crew are detail-oriented building professionals. They are good folk and we enjoyed having them work in our home. Throughout the process the crew took steps to protect our home from the unavoidable construction dust and dirt. This included a covered walking path from the garage door to the work-area and covering all furniture and surfaces in the master bedroom during demolition and early-stage (pre-tile) construction. They even sealed off the bathroom and took construction debris through the bathroom window to minimize dust in the master bedroom. We contracted on 3/31, construction started 6/1, and finished on 7/3. Simon’s crew was in our home for 7 days during this time, 6 days at the start - demo through cabinet installation plus a day to finish the details after the countertops were installed. Overall an efficient process. (Countertops require a measurement after cabinets are in place, and take 10-14 days to acquire, similar for shower glass) AP Advanced has back-office people to manage the purchasing and logistics to offer a turn-key service on a remodel job. When questions or issues arose, the were responsive. Overall—AP Advanced Construction is an excellent choice for a remodel.

If you are thinking of using this company DON’T! We had a remodel on a very small bathroom. Below is a list of some of the things that went wrong: 1. Cabinets were installed off-center with two inches of cement showing between the wood floor and the cabinets. 2. When cabinets were moved there were so many gaping holes in the back that they put in a false back. Some of the cement was still showing. It was finally fixed. 3. Dry wall and painting were a mess and had to be redone. 4. When the counter top came it was cut for rectangular sinks but our contract was for oval sinks. I had to call to see what sinks were ordered. They ordered rectangular so we just went with that. 5. When the sinks were connected both sides leaked! 6. When the shower glass was scheduled to arrive they didn’t come. I got a text that they “lost the glass.” It has not been ordered. I could go on but I think you get the idea. They attempted to repair some of the problems but after two months of this I have new cabinets full of extra holes, new scatches on my wood floors, and my nerves are shot!

I’m very pleased with the outcome of my remodel. They took out the old garden tub and made my shower bigger and more open with beautiful frameless glass. New flooring, vanities etc. The guys were very polite and professional. Cleaned up every day after work. Superintendent kept me up to date and I felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything.
