We had three projects done by AP: 1. Master bath- beautiful 2. Guest bath, beautiful. 3. Kitchen, ultimately beautiful. I would have given five stars if we had fewer subcontractor issues. Countertop delivery had to be rescheduled two or three times and finish work for cabinets and baseboards needed correction 2 or 3 times. Details are still not perfect, but we can live with them.<br><br>AP has stood behind their work and have always responded when we needed corrections.

We hired AP to remodel our bathroom. They provided all materials and labor.<br>During the project we experienced various problems including:<br>*Project started Nov 1, 2021 and was supposed to be finished by Thanksgiving, but wasn’t completed until Jan 21, 2022<br>*Two failed plumbing inspections<br>*Numerous missed appointments<br>*Superintendent abruptly quitting without any notice<br>*Overall lack of communication from AP staff and subcontractors<br>*Wrong materials ordered and installed<br>*Poor quality workmanship<br>Now we have ongoing plumbing problems, and little confidence in any of the work completed. We would never recommend nor hire AP ever again.

We worked with Eddie from AP Advantage to build an entirely new island for our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! There were a few hiccups along the way as there always are with construction projects, but Eddie and his crew ensured a seamless result. We would definitely use them again for a future project.
