We used AP Advanced for a major renovation of our Riverside condo. Gerard and his team did a great job! Kitchen, bathrooms, lighting, fans, flooring and painting were all included in the renovation.

Eddie is very friendly, and he no doubt has at times difficulties working with a lot of people with poor command of English, but we found we had a higher expectation of the needed planning and advance notice we’d get at various points in the project. Perhaps the introduction of a project management app to the mix could improve control and visibility of the various steps of any project.

We started the idea of remodeling this past October 2024. After careful consideration we picked AP Advanced Construction. We're very pleased and excited that our home has been completely remodel and looks so different.
