The showroom offers a multitude of selections in materials. I had them do a kitchen remodel. Every worker did a great job in their area of expertise. They were very polite, on time, cleaned up after themselves. The Project Manager kept me informed on the status, when to expect stages of the project to be done. I would definitely use this company again v for any future projects that may arise. I am quite pleased with the transformation.

AP Advanced did a magnificent job bringing our 1950’s home to 2026. They provided great support from design to project management with a dedicated crew to get the project done on time. Communication was great and Gerard did a great job keeping communication between the crew and us flowing even when things went sideways and unexpected things came up. This is our second project with them and will do our future projects with them and would recommend them without reservation.

Although AP's cost was higher than other contractors, we were impressed with their showroom where we could see and choose all the materials/products for our bathroom remodeling project. The CEO, Heyaw Yimer gave his personal attention to our project as also Gerard Nicodeme, the Project Manager. They paid great attention to every detail, so our project could be completed to our satisfaction. Their workers cleaned up after their work on a daily basis. Deane, from the office, was always available to assist us when needed. We are pleased and happy with our remodeled new bathroom.<br>Without hesitation we would recommend them for any of your home remodeling projects.

There were a few hiccups along the way as there always are with construction projects, but Eddie and his crew ensured a seamless result. We would definitely use them again for a future project.

Eddie is very friendly, and he no doubt has at times difficulties working with a lot of people with poor command of English, but we found we had a higher expectation of the needed planning and advance notice we’d get at various points in the project. Perhaps the introduction of a project management app to the mix could improve control and visibility of the various steps of any project.

We hired AP Advanced Construction to renovate our MBR shower. Benny came out to discuss our project and we found him polite and professional. He listened to what I wanted and shortly thereafter had a proposal prepared. I had been contemplating this project for quite some time, so I generally knew what I wanted. When we arrived in the AP showroom, they had a great selection and we were able to easily select our materials, all in one quick visit. The project began about a week later and only took about week from start to finish. Everyone involved in the process, from the plumbers to the tilers to the glass installers, all did great work. And I’m picky. I have worked with many tradesmen and handymen, and I would classify Benny’s project team as craftsmen. They did a beautiful job. In addition, each day they were on time, and they didn’t make a huge mess. Even though the team members do not all speak English, Benny and Gerard were easily accessible and always engaged in the project. We absolutely love our beautiful new shower and highly recommend Benny and his team at AP Advanced.

I worked primarily with Keith as the consultant and designer and person who oversaw the projects. He was great to work with, knew his info, made great suggestions, came to the house often to check on the progress of the projects. We built a great rapport. I also worked with Gerard and his work crew which were multiple teams such as electricians, plumbers, cabinet, counter, and tile workers. He was amazing the way he kept things organized with multiple jobs staying on top of things keeping the projects moving. All the workers put in plenty of hours, were courteous, cleaned up and generally went the extra mile on my projects. I appreciated the hard work attention to detail and how both projects turned out. Not even sure where to start with this company. Started off well. Ben was great at selling us on the company then went mia.<br><br>This project started in the beginning of November. A small bathroom that probably could have been done in a week.<br><br>The first project manager told me that a what I was asking for was a lot of work. I left the room so I didn’t respond. A lot of work? I’m paying 14k for shower in a small bathroom. Then he was having a conversation with a gentleman who was interpreting for the workers who spoke no English. That got heated and loud. After a couple more incidents with that project manager we decided that relationship was not working out.<br><br>So, we were put on ice for a week and then got a new project manager who returned with same crew. Again, with language barrier things weren’t getting done properly.<br><br>Again, another week we get put on ice. Then project manager comes by with an another contractor who was able to communicate and decided that there was a lot that needed to be redone. That was last Monday one week ago. Haven’t seen him or received any messages when he is coming back.<br><br>My suggestion would be if you want any work done with this outfit expect construction indefinitely.<br><br>Will update if when project ever gets done.

We talked to several companies before select AP to build our new second kitchen. They did an excellent job from design to finish. Project manager Eddie is fantastic to work with. He quickly response to any question we have. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend them to anyone who needs home improvement.

We shopped around for a company to do our Kitchen remodel. We chose AP Advanced after meeting with the salesperson, there was no pushy sales pitch, which was refreshing. He explained the process and helped us come up with a design and choose materials. We couldn't wait to get started.<br>They handled everything from start to finish, we didn't have to worry about hiring others to do pieces of the work. Most construction jobs have delays and hiccups along the way, AP Advanced let us know step by step what was happening and made it right. Our new kitchen is beautiful, we love it.

Our job was fairly small. We had a bathroom that was only five years old, needing to meet ADA standards. We had to remove the garden tub so we could extend the shower to the required dimensions. Plus, we wanted to add bars, fixtures, a bench, and a larger door that swings open. Then, we wanted to turn the remaining garden tub area into a sit-down vanity by extending the sink countertop. Since we already had tile that matched the existing floor tile, they only needed to fill in the remaining tub area not covered by the extended shower. As we always do, we had three companies come out for estimates. One ghosted us as soon as they realized the size of the job, and the second ghosted us after we declined their first proposal which clearly demonstrated that they wanted to do much more remodeling than we had requested. AP Advanced Construction Inc was the only company that made meeting our needs a priority over making each of their jobs most profitable. Our journey began with Artur. He came out for the estimate, drew up the proposal, and assisted us with choosing tiles and fixtures. He also humored us with contract modifications/updates so that details were noted as required for the grant we were using. When the job was about to begin, we met Gerrard which would be overseeing our remodel. From that point forward, our communication was with him and whether it was scheduling workers or handling hiccups, he was on the ball, and we knew we were in good hands. The process from demolition to completion only took five weeks and we’ve been instructed to contact them if we find any issues. We are very pleased with our bathroom modification and would most certainly recommend them to others.

Before we, my wife and I decided to start our kitchen remodeling, we checked out several businesses to make a comparable before we decided AP Advanced Construction Inc. is the best of them all. Called for an appointment and as soon as we entered their showroom, we were greeted politely and warmly by there staffs. We felt at ease and very comfortable that moment we signed a contract. Next appointment is to schedule the selection of materials and equipment we appropriately needed. They have representatives for each section of the process - demolition, cabinets, tiles, electrical, counter top, and an overseer as Operation Manager, Mr. Eddie Villanueva.
