I am retired United States Army Veteran of Foreign Military Wars as well as being 70 years old and wanted to bring this to the attention of fellow veterans and seniors. Avoid this company and do your self a favor. Avoid the stress, shoddy don’t give a damm, don’t care as long as i can steal from the customer workmanship and having to learn a second language for the "licensed "subcontactors they use. They were handman and that was about it. I had two bathrooms that were done by the subcontractors they used. The main guy doing the work did never showed a general contractor license. Electrical plumbing, carpenter, toilets etc. We were lucky if they showed up to work period. One of the so called tile buys supposedly laid tiles in Italy. He was color blind and did not even let the tiles mastic dry before he applied the grout. He got two colors mixed up the wall tile and floor tile. The cleanup buy did shoddy work at best. I continually had to point out items he screwed up or missed. This company and its subcontractors barely speak English and use that as a reason to rip you for cost overruns, supply damaged or used kitchen faucets m, kitchen cabinets. The supposed high quality delta faucet we got from them puts out a sewer smell that we have to clean almost daily. I have city water and sewer. The city looked at and said definitely deductive or previouly used faucet. The reviews the company buys don’t believe them. They are crooks. The subcontractor even connected my toilet to hot water. So when you flushed. The company provided a mirror that had been returned or used and the edge of it has pieces not smooth. I returned fans and other items that were not installed and never received credit for them in my final payment. Paid over $50,000 for this three years go. I should contact the consumer and protection agency under the attorney general of Florida so others will be informed. The FCC keeps records of all submissions.

We hired AP Advanced Construction for a full bathroom remodel and could not be happier.<br>Heyaw and his team explained everything from waterproofing to permits before work even started. You can tell right away they operate as a true licensed general contractor, not just installers. They found moisture damage behind our old shower and fixed it properly instead of covering it up.<br>The crew showed up on time every day, kept the house clean, and finished the project within the timeframe they promised. No surprise costs. No pressure. Just clear communication and quality work.<br>If you live in Jacksonville and want your bathroom built correctly and up to code, this is the team to call.<br>Highly recommend.

Our overall project turned out amazing! We only had eight by 20 feet added to our living space but it made it such a big difference. The addition was done so well you can't tell it wasn't built as a part of the original house. Keeping in mind that with every construction project they're are hiccups and we had a few but they were rectified fairly and promptly. I highly recommend that you consider this company for your next Construction project.

We had three projects done by AP: 1. Master bath- beautiful 2. Guest bath, beautiful. 3. Kitchen, ultimately beautiful. I would have given five stars if we had fewer subcontractor issues. Countertop delivery had to be rescheduled two or three times and finish work for cabinets and baseboards needed correction 2 or 3 times. Details are still not perfect, but we can live with them.<br><br>AP has stood behind their work and have always responded when we needed corrections.

Just don't. Wrote a 1 star review a couple years ago when we started having water leaks 3 months after our bathroom remodel and they refused to fix it even though it was under warranty. We were told to take down the review and they would fix it. They did. But now we're selling the house and getting crushed for the plumbing not being up to code on the inspection. It might have been just the team that did our remodel but it was a painful process and we're still getting bitten by the results.

We used this company for a partial remodel of our master bathroom. Although the end product is nice, the process of getting there was very disappointing. The backsplash was the same thickness as the countertop (1 1/8 inch) and needed to be milled down to fit behind the new sink hardware. We ordered a countertop with rectangular basins; the countertop was delivered with oval basins. The tower top cabinet door was the wrong color and had to be reordered. Tower side panels were delivered with scratches and had to be reordered. The trim kit to change out shower hardware had to go through three changes to fit existing shower hardware. All these mistakes added more time to finish what should have been a fairly straightforward vanity replacement. Communication from AP Advanced with us during the process was sporadic and not very timely. We would not use AP Advanced again.

Not even sure where to start with this company. Started off well. Ben was great at selling us on the company then went mia.<br><br>This project started in the beginning of November. A small bathroom that probably could have been done in a week.<br><br>The first project manager told me that a what I was asking for was a lot of work. I left the room so I didn’t respond. A lot of work? I’m paying 14k for shower in a small bathroom. Then he was having a conversation with a gentleman who was interpreting for the workers who spoke no English. That got heated and loud. After a couple more incidents with that project manager we decided that relationship was not working out.<br><br>So, we were put on ice for a week and then got a new project manager who returned with same crew. Again, with language barrier things weren’t getting done properly.<br><br>Again, another week we get put on ice. Then project manager comes by with an another contractor who was able to communicate and decided that there was a lot that needed to be redone. That was last Monday one week ago. Haven’t seen him or received any messages when he is coming back.<br><br>My suggestion would be if you want any work done with this outfit expect construction indefinitely.<br><br>Will update if when project ever gets done.
