Eddie is very friendly, and he no doubt has at times difficulties working with a lot of people with poor command of English, but we found we had a higher expectation of the needed planning and advance notice we’d get at various points in the project. Perhaps the introduction of a project management app to the mix could improve control and visibility of the various steps of any project.

They came out to discuss the project. Per our conversation I wanted a cost breakdown and itemization. They provided a quote ok a crazy amount and did not provide a breakdown as requested. Replied with the ask for the complete breakdown and never heard from them again. Either they do t know how to do the work, too lazy to do the work , or they don't want my business. Wasted my time....wil not chase them down. You want the work or you don't.

We reviewed a number of construction companies and choose AP Advanced Construction. Very impressed with the showroom and the professional staff. We had 5 bathrooms to complete and the workers were very good craftsman and good to work with. This was a big project and we had a good team to communicate with on every detail. They kept us informed every step of the process and we had others to lean on if necessary. Even the President/Owner of the company was involved. They wanted to make sure that all of the details were completed and communicated. A good group to work with, glad we choose them.

We just wrapped up a remodel by AP and are very pleased with the end result. The staff is amazing and they were very attentive to my input and preferences. When I wasn’t happy with something they fixed it. They were patient and responded quickly to every text, phone call and email. Our remodel including gutting the kitchen, new flooring, paint and trim through most of the house, removing two walls and arches that dated the home. As with most big projects there were small issues that couldn’t be avoided. The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that I was somewhat limited in the selections for certain finishes, but that was likely driven by our budget. Would use AP again!

Called and they were quick to come out and look at the project. Artur the Vice President came out and spent several hours at my house doing drawings and told me to contact him. He told me to text or call him and gave me a card, however whenever I called or texted nothing was returned. I called the showroom to make an appointment and multiple time I was told by the assistant that they would call me back. No one ever called back and after days I just gave up. I guess they are too busy to work with new customers.

I contacted Diana at AP for a price on cabinets. She asked me for measurements so I sent her a 3 dimension Cad of my kitchen and bathrooms. After a couple of weeks and promises to have me the information I requested, she never bothered to contact me at all. I called her back several times but I got the run around and empty promises. I will spend my money with a company that values customer service and follow up.
