We selected AP Advance when we first started looking to remodel our master bathroom. It was a real turn key operation where you make all your selections there in the showroom. I enjoyed meeting all the skilled contstruction workers and especially Debra in the showroom. She fields all the calls and gets things done! Would use them again! The bathroom looks great!

Before we, my wife and I decided to start our kitchen remodeling, we checked out several businesses to make a comparable before we decided AP Advanced Construction Inc. is the best of them all. Called for an appointment and as soon as we entered their showroom, we were greeted politely and warmly by there staffs. We felt at ease and very comfortable that moment we signed a contract. Next appointment is to schedule the selection of materials and equipment we appropriately needed. They have representatives for each section of the process - demolition, cabinets, tiles, electrical, counter top, and an overseer as Operation Manager, Mr. Eddie Villanueva. They came out to discuss the project. Per our conversation I wanted a cost breakdown and itemization. They provided a quote ok a crazy amount and did not provide a breakdown as requested. Replied with the ask for the complete breakdown and never heard from them again. Either they do t know how to do the work, too lazy to do the work , or they don't want my business. Wasted my time....wil not chase them down. You want the work or you don't.

These guys had their work cut out for them even though this should have been a quick project. They put their all into it and I got a brand new corner from top to bottom. It's awesome!! Will call them for future projects.

My kitchen was built in the 70’s and even still had the harvest yellow stove. AP worked with me and made sure I was satisfied. I love my new kitchen.
